There’s something special about spending a day surrounded by the people and machines that inspire our passion for aviation. Recently, the Comet Aviation Supplies team had the privilege of visiting the Sling Aircraft factory—an experience that left all of us energized, informed, and more inspired than ever.
From the moment we arrived, the Sling Aircraft staff welcomed us with the same warmth and professionalism that have made their aircraft a favourite among pilots around the world. What followed was a full behind‑the‑scenes tour of their state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility. Our team had the opportunity to see firsthand how Sling’s commitment to precision engineering, attention to detail, and safety excellence comes together in every aircraft they build.
One of the highlights of the day was experiencing Sling aircraft in the air. Several team members had the opportunity to go up for a flight—an unforgettable reminder of why the Sling brand has earned its reputation for handling, comfort, and reliability. From the smooth controls to the breathtaking views, the flights gave us a renewed appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each Sling model.
